When watching the video I was a little unclear, are you actually opening Vegcafe in downtown or is this still theoretical? Just a little confusion on my part. You spoke clearly and confidently and made me want to go eat some vegetarian food.
Hey! I think you did a great job at being very clear and getting your idea across in this elevator pitch. I think it is such a selling point that you mentioned that you are going to put it in a trendy area with many boutiques that have constant traffic. I also think that mentioning that sometimes people’s only vegetarian option is fries is also a selling point because it shows how essential it is to have this kind of restaurant as an option.
