1) Professional chef's- I have lots of friends who want to work for me or teach me cooking techniques for my restaurant.

2) Coordination skills- From the experience I have in my job, I know for an absolute fact that having coordination and planning skills is not an easy thing to teach. There are not many people that can take the stress and have the organization skills to execute a project from start to finish.

3) Vegan community- Having friends who are vegan and vegetarian give me a great network to build business.

4) Business Degree- Having a degree in business makes me more knowledgeable and likely to get business loans from investors or partners.

5) Creativity- I am very creative and can draw, design, etc. This gives me the capabilities to create my own artwork and designs for my restaurant.

6) Member of animal rescue groups- This is another asset that would give my business an advantage by networking with many people who care about animals (who are likely vegetarian).

7) Non profit enthusiasm- I think communities respect companies who donate to non profit organizations. I definitely plan on supporting different rescue groups that focus on animal welfare.

8) Real estate knowledge- My real estate knowledge will help me obtain a good location at a good price.

9) Investors- I work with many investors and restaurants are not really their thing but they are wealthy people and who knows, maybe they would invest in a good idea if they here one.

10) Management skills- I am not someone who knows how to talk to people, but I know who I should hire for that job. Good managers are able to get work done through other people.

Best Resource: I think my best resource is the most valuable because like I explained, not everyone can take a project from start to finish. Many issues arise and problems will come up and its a special skill to be able to creatively solve problems and keep a project moving.
